dc.description.abstract一種高亮度固態發光元件的製造方法,是先在基板上以磊晶層疊方式形成一包含多數磊晶結構層體而可產生光的發光單元;接著在發光單元最遠離基板之一最上層的磊晶結構層體上以可透光材料形成透明粗化單元;然後在透明粗化單元上隨機地佈植複數相間隔之遮覆塊;再將未被該複數遮覆塊遮覆之透明粗化單元的裸露區域向下蝕刻出平均深度小於透明粗化單元厚度的凹陷區域,即可製備出具有粗糙化之出光面、高亮度且發光均勻的固態發光元件。zh_TW
