dc.description.abstract | 本發明係關於一種發光二極體(Light Emitting Diode,LED)及其製造方法。本發明之發光二極體主要係將新型之晶圓貼合高亮度發光二極體其原先置於中央之電極移至邊緣,並將LED磊晶層之邊緣氧化成一透明絕緣區,該透明絕緣區可藉由濕式氧化法形成。據此,本發明之發光二極體不僅可避免電流擁擠效應(current- crowding effect),使電流分布較均勻,若該電極位於光源四周,更可避免傳統電線遮蔽光窗之缺點,進而提高亮度。 | zh_TW |
