dc.description.abstract本發明具有可反射光之黏著層的發光二極體晶片包含基材、提供電能時以光電效應產生光的磊晶膜、連結基材與磊晶膜的黏著層,及對磊晶膜提供電能的電極單元,磊晶膜的底面與頂面經過粗化而具有100nm以上的粗糙度而使光容易被取出,黏著層由具有高熱傳導係數的微粒與膠材所構成,微粒尺寸大於磊晶膜的發光波長並具有高光反射率,且折射係數大於空氣與膠材,膠材的折射係數大於空氣但小於磊晶層,藉此反射光而使光更無向性地自磊晶膜頂面射出,提昇光取出率與發光亮度,同時藉微粒與膠材將廢熱傳導至基材,解決元件熱堆積的問題。zh_TW
