dc.description.abstract本研究室在先前抗幽門螺旋桿菌篩選的研究中發現,鳳仙花全草具有相當好抑制幽門螺旋桿菌之功效,其效能更優於本研究室曾經發表之文獻,且對CagA+之H. pylori strain有很好之抑菌效果。因此,本研究擬探討鳳仙花全草對幽門螺旋桿菌之抑菌能力及其活性成分之分離鑑定。試驗之幽門螺旋桿菌為易導致消化道發炎及產生胃癌之CagA+菌株,同時對抗生素 (metronidazole、clarithromycin及amoxicillin) 具抗藥性之菌株,菌株之來源包括食品所生物資源保存及研究中心之標準株 (BCRC) 及由病人檢體分離出來之臨床株。探討之鳳仙花萃取物抗幽門螺旋桿菌活性包括有最小抑菌及殺菌濃度,致死時間分析 (time-kill assay),環境pH對殺菌作用之影響及對pH之穩定性等。抑菌成分之分離方法包括有Amberlite XAD-7之開放型管柱層析,Sephadex LH或Silica gel 60之封閉型管柱層析及RP-HPLC製備型管柱層析等。分離化合物之化學結構鑑定以核磁共振儀 (NMR)、質譜儀 (MS) 及X-ray單晶繞射儀之圖譜判讀確認。zh_TW
