dc.description.abstract此種奈米乳化液之製備方法,其係包括以下步驟:準備10體積份特定界面活性劑;加入2體積份水;加入1體積份礦物油,攪拌之後形成一混濁之混合液;將該混合液加熱至約80℃之溫度,並持續加溫直到該混合液由混濁變為澄清為止。然後降溫,並於降溫過程中持續攪拌,待混合液降溫至室溫後,即靜置至穩定狀態,該穩定狀態之混合液即為製備完成之濃縮原液。使用前,須先將此濃縮之原液稀釋,並且在1.5大氣壓下加熱至122℃達30分鐘後,予以釋壓,並持續緩慢攪拌,即可得到約9.5奈米直徑之奈米乳化液。本發明製備得到之奈米乳化液可有效抑制微生物生長。zh_TW
