dc.description.abstract一種薄膜承載片,是適用於一薄膜拉伸試驗系統,該拉伸試驗系統包含一量測單元,該承載片包含沿一第一軸線間隔設置之一第一固定板及一第二固定板、二連桿、一傳動樑、複數支撐樑、至少一基準樑、一感測樑,及一銜接樑。該等連桿是間隔設置於該第一軸線兩側,每一連桿包括一連接該第一固定板的緩衝段,及一連接該第二固定板的支撐段。該感測樑兩端分別是與該等支撐段相連接,並包括一供該量測單元穿設之感測孔,該感測孔之一中心軸線實質上是垂直於該第一軸線,該量測單元可直接測得披覆於該薄膜承載片之薄膜的受力。zh_TW
