dc.description.abstract本發明主要提供一種麥克風晶片,以半導體製程與微機電技術製成並包含一層框架單元,與形成在框架單元上的響應單元,響應單元具有一層以絕緣材料形成且包括一可受聲能作用而形變的振動區域與一自振動區域周緣延伸並與框架單元連接之固定區域的振膜,及一層以導體材料形成在振膜上的音圈膜;此麥克風晶片設置在形成磁場的磁力組件中並共同封裝在可供聲能穿透的殼座內時即成動圈式麥克風,而可以振膜感應聲能並產生對應形變,以帶動音圈膜在磁場中位移而產生感應電動勢,進而輸出與聲能相對應的電子訊號。zh_TW
