dc.description.abstract一種微小元件的定位方法及其微定位器,是以一微定位器做為工具,將一微小元件定位在一基板內,該微定位器具有一夾臂、與該夾臂併鄰的至少一導軌,及可傳遞熱能至該導軌的一熱能組。該方法包含下列步驟:步驟1:將該微小元件散落在該基板。步驟2:使該導軌在熱脹冷縮的過程中產生形變,並迫擠該夾臂產生一位差,進而推送該微小元件至該基板的一預定位置,並回復至原位。藉此,利用自動化的作業方式,簡化製程、大幅提昇產量,並有效降低成本。zh_TW
