dc.description.abstract本發明係有關一種微型可變焦透鏡之系統及其製法,其製法包括:一.預備步驟、二.微影成型步驟、三.翻模步驟、四.底板成型步驟、五.接合步驟及六.成品步驟。本發明在一第一基板上微影成型一流道模柱、一透鏡模柱及一加深模柱,以矽膠翻模成型一透鏡模體,此透鏡模體上之流道部較透鏡部淺;另以矽膠成型一底板,於底板上旋塗一固化劑,將此透鏡模體間隔此固化劑靠合加壓於底板,形成一變焦透鏡,調整此透鏡部內之液壓,使此透鏡部膨脹而變焦,如此兼具有彈性之變焦透鏡結構、單次接合且成本低、透鏡造型多變化,以及變焦功能佳等功效。zh_TW
