dc.description.abstract一種漸變高度微透鏡陣列之製造方法,其主要包括下列步驟:一、準備步驟、二、斜置步驟、三、曝光步驟、四、翻製步驟、五、射出步驟。本發明巧妙的利用斜置光罩與繞射現象而產生出漸變高度微透鏡陣列,再搭配電鑄翻製模具,更可供塑膠射出量產。其兼具可製出具有可變鏡片高度微透鏡陣列、製程穩定以及生產設備成本低之優點及功效。zh_TW
