dc.description.abstract本發明在於提供一種精密電鑄方法及裝置,乃將預定之氣體灌入電鑄槽之槽室中形成一加壓力,以相對加壓於電鑄槽之槽室,使其內之電鑄液保持在預定之壓力下進行電鑄加工,進而有效抑制氫氣泡之產生,以改進鍍層厚度之均勻性與鍍層之結晶細緻化,增進材料結構強度與導電性,提高極精密加工品質。zh_TW
