dc.description.abstract本發明係為一種土壤生物性燻蒸粒劑,其組成成分包含北城假單孢菌(Pseudomonas boreopolis)、菜籽粕、甘油及藻酸鈉。本發明之生物性燻蒸粒劑不僅能降低白菜立枯病的發生外,尚可促進土壤中放線菌族群的增殖;同時不會干擾種子的萌芽時間、發芽百分率及植株鮮重,確可作為防治土媒真菌性病害之用。本發明另相關於一種製造該生物性土壤燻蒸粒劑的方法,及一種篩選可分泌芥子酵素之微生物的方法。本發明更相關於一種北城假單孢菌(Pseudomonas boreopolis)微生物。zh_TW
