dc.description.abstract本發明係提供一種重組大豆儲藏性蛋白及其重組載體及轉殖基因植物細胞,其中該重組大豆儲藏性蛋白係於大豆儲藏性蛋白的非核心構造區域的特定位點予以插入或置換VVYP活性胜肽,其中所述的儲藏性蛋白包括選自於下列蛋白質所構成的群組:β-伴大豆球蛋白β-次單元、大豆球蛋白Gy5以及大豆球蛋白Gy1,而VVYP活性胜肽係包含有一序列為纈胺酸-纈胺酸-酪胺酸-脯胺酸(valine-valine-tyrosin-proline,VVYP)以及至少一酵素辨識切點。由於VVYP胜肽可藉由儲藏性蛋白之表現特性,而大量於植物體表現,因此本發明之應用可以突破量產VVYP胜肽的技術障礙,而達到增加作物或其產品之附加價值之目的。zh_TW
