dc.description.abstract | 本計畫為多年來一系列聚葡萄糖水膠之性質研究。水膠作為藥物傳遞系統或組織工程之應用,其最重要的性質為平衡膨潤程度,此包括各種智慧型功能性水膠。希望藉由此計畫之執行,對於目前膨潤熱力學分析的諸多限制與不解能夠有所突破。本計畫主要是利用含acrylic acid 的dextran 水膠對pH 值改變所呈現的膨潤應答來探討其高斯與非高斯的彈性行為。藉由實驗所求得的膨潤與彈性模數係數及理論的分析判別其有效彈性鏈段的高斯及非高斯分佈行為。水膠於高斯分佈的膨潤模式提供此水膠的有效彈性鏈段濃度 (一般稱之交聯密度) ,並藉由此性質分析高膨潤狀態下的有效彈性鏈段之非高斯分佈程度。水膠有效彈性鏈段之非高斯分佈程度主要是以此鏈段的理論flexible unit 值的變化代表。此值可利用統計熱力學所推測的鏈段組態entropy 變化求得。利用Pade equation 求取inverse Langevin function 之近似方程式,並藉此定量求取高膨潤狀態的有效彈性鏈段的stiffness 程度。除此之外,也將利用水膠達到熱力學平衡膨潤時,其高分子與溶劑交互作用力,離子滲透壓及retractile force 所造成化學勢能的平衡推導其膨潤模式由affine理論轉換至phantom 理論的機制。 | zh_TW |
