dc.description.abstract因應未來高科技產品朝向輕薄短小化發展,探討奈米粒子行為遂成為一項重要關鍵的課題,例如,液晶顯示器(LCD)用彩色濾光片(CF)之有機顏料,其粒徑分散越趨奈米尺度,除其色飽和度及明亮度越高外,所製造的濾光片也可薄型化,據此,可發展超高畫質且更為輕巧化的彩色LCD。本研究嘗試以中和離子化方法製備水性負型感光壓克力樹脂並加入具有多硫醇基化合物的交聯劑與有機顏料奈米粒子進行摻合,期獲得高性能之水性負型彩色光阻並瞭解其動態的光聚合反應受有機奈米粒子的影響情形,以供環保型彩色濾光片製程使用。本計畫已於第一年執行氧抑制與高密度交聯之水性感光樹脂製備及其物性研究。本年度擬延續前一年的研究成果以探討有機顏料奈米粒子效應之水性負型光阻反應動力學。zh_TW
