dc.description.abstract在實驗室內模擬田間環境,比較不同土壤植物寄生性線蟲分離方法的優劣.比較田間不同土壤植物寄生性線蟲分離方法,針對不同的土壤質地、不同種類與不同體形大小的供試線蟲、及線蟲的活性作比較,以回收率及所需時間作為測試項目.由於分離不同種類或不同寄生習性植物寄生性線蟲,所適用的線蟲分離方法並不儘然相同,且不同的土壤質地及種類亦會影響線蟲回收效率的多寡,因此針對臺灣不同的植物寄生性線蟲相及不同的土壤環境,適當的分離方法是必需的.zh_TW
