dc.description.abstract本研究以拉拉山之臺灣山毛櫸林為研究區域,探討其植群生態與天然更新之問題。由植群調查之歸群分析結果顯示,下層植群區分為臺灣瘤足蕨與玉山箭竹二型,於海拔1,950m處形成一明顯推移帶。相關分析結果得知臺灣山毛櫸及玉山箭竹均和臺灣瘤足蕨呈現顯著的負相關,而臺灣山毛櫸與水分指數及土壤pH值呈正相關,與坡向及直射光空域呈負相關,顯示出臺灣山毛櫸適合生長於溫涼濕潤環境的特性,而土壤過於酸性則阻礙其生長;臺灣山毛櫸天然下種苗之監測結果顯示,經過一生長季之臺灣山毛櫸小苗存活率為87.62%;物候觀察方面,臺灣山毛櫸於2∼3月芽體膨大抽長,3∼4月展葉、開花,雄花期較雌花期早10日開始,著果期起於5月而至10月止,落葉期從10月起至翌年2月止;105株標定之臺灣山毛櫸小苗平均苗高生長量1.51cm/yr,小苗分佈位置集中於下種母樹西南方,距母樹最遠距離10.52m;以2cm為一級之徑級分佈顯示臺灣山毛櫸族群結構屬於鈴型偏左之形態,樹齡以100年左右為最多數,族群數量約500棵;總枯枝落葉量1,580.09 kg/ha/yr,臺灣山毛櫸落葉佔76.94%,而拉拉山區臺灣山毛櫸林之臺灣山毛櫸於1999年之總結實量為712,121顆/ha,以9、10兩個月數量最多,種子於天然條件下需6個月才能發芽。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractFagus hayatae in Lalashan was studies in this thesis to survey and explore some problems about vegetation ecology and natural regeneration. According to the matrix cluster analysis (MCA), floor vegetation types have been recognized as Plagiogyria formosana type and Yushania niitakayamensis type, there is an obvious ecotone exited between this two types at the elevations of ca. 1,950m. The correspondence in the plants and environment factors show the relations among Taiwan beech, Yushan cane and Plagiogyria formosana are negative. The relations among moisture, pH and F. hayatae are positive but negative with slope and direct light sky (DLS). 92 Fagus hayatae seedlings survive in 105 marked seedlings and the survivolship is 87.62%. The results of the 2-yrs phenology investigations in 1999 and 2000 showed as below. Fagus hayatae phenology were budding from February to March; leafing and flowering from March to April and there was a temporal distance of ten days between staminate and pistillate flower; fruiting from May to October and leaf falling phase was from October to the following February. Average growth rate of 105 seedlings of F. hayatae was 1.51cm one year and they distribute most over the southwest of tree, and 10.52m was the farthest distance of all. The population structure of F. hayatae is a slight bell shape. In the graph, 100 years was the peak and the population is about 500. Sum of the litterfall was 1,580.09kg per hectare one year and 76.94 percent of all was F. hayatae leaf. In addition, fruits of F. hatatae in Lalashan is 712,121 per hectare in 1999, of the total, September and October got the most. Seeds will germinate in natural environment after stratification for six months.en_US
