摘要: 
1. 於合成三聚氰胺-尿素甲醛共縮合樹脂(MUF)時,隨三聚氰胺添加量
增加應採更溫和之合成條件。MUF樹脂合成時隨三聚氰胺添加量增加其合
成樹脂液之固體含量隨之增加,水合度與膠中游離甲醛含量則減少,而延
長了膠液之膠化時間。粉狀膠以DSC分析其膠粉於65℃開始有吸熱熔融情
形,而各膠粉於105℃時皆有一微小之放熱峰,推測此時已有初步架橋縮
合反應發生。此外較之自行合成之粉狀膠,於市售之各項膠粉會有較大之
吸濕情形。
2. 合板膠合剪力試驗中,以三聚氰胺取代尿素50﹪製成之共縮合樹脂並
以130℃熱壓製作之合板可達CNS Type I合板膠合剪力之規定,而隨三聚
氰胺取代尿素的量增加,其合板之耐水性與耐候性會有較佳之改善效果。
3. 以粉狀膠製作之粒片板其常態靜曲強度較液狀膠製作之粒片板大,但
浸水靜曲強度則為液狀膠製作之粒片板較佳。三聚氰胺取代尿素30﹪以上
製成之液狀共縮合樹脂,其耐100℃沸水靜曲強度皆可達CNS 200型粒片板
之規定。內聚強度及尺寸安定性為以液狀膠製成之粒片板性質較佳。
4. 除內聚強度外,其餘粒片板之靜曲強度、尺寸安定性和釋出之游離甲
醛量則為以150℃熱壓8分鐘製成之粒片板有較佳之性質。用膠量10﹪製成
之粒片板較8﹪和6﹪製成之粒片板,其性質除釋出之游離甲醛較高外,其
餘粒片板之各項強度與尺寸安定性皆有較佳之性質。
5.以粉狀膠製成之纖維板其各項性質強度均較液狀膠製成之板材低。纖維
板較相同製板條件製成之粒片板具較佳之尺寸安定性,不過其釋出之游離
甲醛量則明顯較粒片板高。
1. When synthesizing melamine-urea-formaldehyde resins, due to
the different amount of melamine added, the different
synthesizing conditions are necessary. With the amount of
melamine increased, the solid content wound be increased, while
the water toleration and free formaldehyde would be decreased
and extend the gel time of resins. The powdered adhesives
bought from the market having more hygroscopicity comparing
those of the laboratory.
2. The shearing strength of plywood which was manufactured by
the MUF-50-L, the hot-press temperature at 130℃could meet the
regulations of CNS Type I.
3. The particleboards which was produced by powdered adhesives
would have higher value of MOR to compare those of the liquid
adhesives, but the most MOR was showing opposite tendency. The
particleboards which was manufactured by the 30﹪of urea
adhesives, the most MOR could reach the stipulate of
particleboard of CNS 200. Both internal bond strength and
dimensional stability were higher for the particleboards by
liquid adhesives.
4. Beside internal bond strength, the particleboards which was
made by the hot-pressing at 150℃for 8 minutes it showing
higher values of MOR and dimensional stability and lower
emission of free formaldehyde than the others. The mechanical
properties of the particleboards would be improved with the
increase in adhesives rate used within 6∼10﹪of the rage of
resin content, but the emission of free formaldehyde would be
higher.
5.The properties of fiberboards which was made by liquid
adhesives appeared to be better than those were made of
powdered adhesives. The dimensional stability of fiberboards
was higher than those were made of the same manufacture
condition of particleboards, but the emission of free
formaldehyde would be higher than particleboards.
