摘要: 
苗木移植之後所造成的低存活率及生長勢減低,一直是栽植造林經常面
臨到的問題。而苗木移植所受到的最大衝擊,即是根系的破壞而影響水
分及養分的吸收。水分及養分吸收不足容易造成植物體內水分逆壓以及
光合成作用的影響。
茄苳在9月切根及12月切根存活率同樣為100%,且不論切根程度如何,
在黎明前切根組的水分潛勢皆能恢復與未切根者相同。但在9月切根有較
高的形質生長量,及較少的生理機能抑制現象。植株體內也較不易產生水
分逆壓現象,顯示茄苳在9月切根其生長恢復較在12月切根生長恢復快。
在12月切根時,輕度的切根對形質生長及生理機能並不產生抑制現象,但
是過度的切根則會產生抑制現象。茄苳的新根生長不論在9月切根及12月切
根,皆在切根後5日長出,不受切根的月份及切根程度的影響。同時,在
切根後第5日,頂芽及根尖的游離性IAA量皆較切根第10日為多。
春不老在9月切根及12月切根存活率同樣為100%,且不論切根程度如何,
在黎明前切根組的水分潛勢皆能恢復與未切根者相同。春不老在9月切根時
有輕微的生長抑制現象及生理機能抑制現象,若在12月切根,則抑制現象更
明顯。顯示春不老在9月切根及12月切根,均會產生體內水分逆壓現象,但
以12月切根者較為嚴重,因此,9月較適合春不老的移植。在移植時,會隨
著根系的損傷程度的增加,而產生愈大的生長抑制現象。春不老的新根生
長速度與茄苳頗為相似,皆在切根後5日長出,且不受切根的月份及切根程
度的影響。同時,在9月切根時切根後第5日,頂芽及根尖的游離性IAA量皆
較切根第10日為多,但在12月切根則無此現象。
大頭茶在9月移植時根系有明顯的褐化及腐爛的現象,以移植組最嚴重。因
此,適度的切根可提高形質生長、存活率及較少的生理抑制現象。但是不論
在9月及12月切根,且不論切根程度如何,在黎明前切根組的水分潛勢皆能
恢復與未切根者相同。若在12月移植則應減少根系的破壞。若以9月切根及
12月切根來比較,12月切根有較高的存活率,及較好的形質生長。新根生長
不論在9月切根及12月切根,皆在切根後第5-10日長出,不受切根的月份及
切根程度的影響。
毛苦蔘在9月切根及在12月切根不論切根程度如何,在黎明前切根組的水分
潛勢皆能恢復與未切根者相同。在9月切根雖有較小的形質生長,但存活率
為100﹪,且在切根第4週之後開始產生生理抑制現象,同時在移植時適度的
切根,可幫助形質生長及減少生理抑制現象。但是在12月移植時,應盡量減
少根量的切除及損傷,過度的切根會降低存活率及產生較大的生理抑制現象
。毛苦蔘在9月切根及12月切根皆有落葉的現象,並以12月切根者較為嚴重,
其中又以3/4切根組最為嚴重,顯示植物體內產生水分逆壓,進而影響到存
活率。毛苦蔘新根生長不論在9月切根及12月切根,皆在切根後第5-10日長
出,不受切根的月份及切根程度的影響。但與頂芽及根尖的游離性IAA的量
有很大的相關性,因其頂芽及根間游離性IAA的量與新根長出時間一致。

The afforestation by seedling often have a question that
low survive and grow reduce after transplant to made. And
the seedling transplant receives a best rush is that the
root system broken and reduced water and nutrient absorb.
The water and nutrient absorb reduced is easy made. Water
stress in plant and influence photosynthesis.
Bischofia javanica cutting root in September and in December
have the same survive is 100%, no matter cutting root degree,
the cutting root team the same as no cutting root team in
water potential in daybreak. But cutting root in September
have higher grow measure, and smaller physiological restrain.
It is difficulties to made water stress in plant, therefore
it is best suit transplant Bischofia javanica in September.
When cutting root in December, softly cutting root is not make
restrain in grow measure and physiological, but serious
cutting root is made. Bischofia javanica''s new root growth
not only cutting in September but also cutting in December,
the new root growth in after cutting root five days, and it
is not influence by cutting month and cutting level. Moreover,
in after cutting root five days, the stem and root''s free IAA
measure is higher in after cutting root ten days.
Ardisia squamulosa cutting root in September and in December
have the same survive is 100%, no matter cutting root degree,
the cutting root team the same as no cutting root team in
water potential in daybreak. Ardisia squamulosa cutting root
in September and December is also produce water stress in plant,
but it is best serious is December. So transplant Ardisia squamulosa
is best in September. When transplant, it is more serious injured
in root system the more inhibition growth. Ardisia squamulosa''s new
root growth speed id the same with Bischofia javanica ,the new
root growth in after cutting root five days, and it is not
influence by cutting month and cutting level. Moreover, Ardisia
squamulosa cutting root in September and in after cutting root
five days, the stem and root''s free IAA measure is higher in
after cutting root ten days.
Gordonia axillaris have obvious brown and rotten in root system
transplant in September, and it is the best serious is transplant
not cutting root team, therefore it is have more grow measure,
survive and smaller physiological restrain by appropriate cutting
root after transplant in September. But no matter cutting root
in September or in December, and no mater cutting root degree,
the cutting root team the same as no cutting root team in water
potential in daybreak. If transplant Gordonia axillaris in
December have to reduce the root system break. Cutting root in
December have higher survive and the better growth measure.
Gordonia axillaris''s new root growth speed is not only cutting
root in September but also cutting root in December is the same
growth in the fifth day until the tenth day, and it is not
influence by cutting month and cutting level.
No matter cutting root degree, Sophora tomentosa, the cutting
root team the same as no cutting root team in water potential in
daybreak. Although it is smaller grow measure, but the survive
is 100%by cutting root in September, and the physiological restrain
is occur in fourthly week after cutting root. It is more grow measure
and reduced the physiological restrain by appropriate in transplant
in September. But transplant Sophora tomentosa in December, have to
reduce of root amount and root wounded, serious cutting root led
to the survive down and produce serious physiological inhibit.
Sophora tomentosa have leaf lose in when cutting root in September and
December, and it is serious in December, and it is serious in cutting root
length''s 3/4. It is show that the Sophora tomentosa have water stress, led
to survive down. Sophora tomentosa''s new root growth speed is not only cutting
root in September but also cutting root in December is the same growth in
the fifth day until the tenth day, and it is not influence
by cutting month and cutting level. The stem and root''s free IAA the same
as Sophora tomentosa''s new root growth.
