本研究主要目的是探討粒片板多種製造條件對性質之影響效應,利用應力波計時
儀、打音頻譜分析系統及振動頻率測定器等三種非破壞性檢測儀器,與萬能試驗機
破壞性檢測方法,比較其動彈性係數(MOEd)與靜曲彈性係數(MOE)之間的關
係,其目的藉非破壞性方法預先檢測板材之缺點及性質。其結果摘要如下:
1.杉木粒片和工廠廢料粒片之粒片板製造條件對性質之影響,隨用膠量、熱壓時間
和密度的增加而提高板材強度之趨勢;而工廠廢料粒片板之熱壓時間呈現不顯
著之差異性。
2.工廠廢料混合比中,非破壞性檢測以全杉木粒片板(CI-100/0)者MOEd最高,但
在破壞性測試結果以杉木粒片和工廠廢料粒片各半之CI-50/50者MOE、MOR為
最高。樹皮與杉木粒片混合比,以不含有樹皮之粒片板(CB-100/0)MOEd、M
OE、MOR為最高,含樹皮5﹪之CB-95/5和含樹皮10﹪之CB-90/10無顯著性的差異。
3.以非破壞性檢測金屬和砂粒之異質夾雜物,無法明顯的檢測出夾雜物存在性。
4.抄板不均者以非破壞性檢測可明顯的檢測出缺點存在,且中間水分提高者所造成
的蒸汽鼓脹現象,可藉非破壞性方法檢測出其結果。
5.非破壞性與破壞性檢測結果之相關性,以應力波計時儀檢測者呈現較低之相關
性,以打音頻譜分析系統及振動頻率測定器檢測者呈現較高之相關性。非破壞性檢
測之MOEd值比MOE值高,以應力波計時儀檢測而換算之MOEd值為最高。

The purpose of this research is to determine the effects of manufacturing
condition on the properties of particleboards. The kinds of nondestructive
testing(NDT)instruments, such as Stress Wave Tester(SWT), Tap Tone
Analysis System and Vibration Frequency Tester(VFT) were applied in this
research to determine the efficience of manufacturing condition and
designed unusual factors on the properties of particleboards. The
correlations between dynamic modulus of elasticity(MOEd)and static
modulus of elasticity(MOE), which obtained from nondestructive testing
and destructive testing respectively, were discussed. The important results
are summarized as followings:
1. The strength of particleboards made of China-fir and industrial wood
waste particles, increased with increasing glue level, press-time and density.
But, press-time of particleboards made of industrial wood waste particles
showed not significant.
2. When the China-fir wood particlebords mixed with industrial wood waste
particles, which tested by the nondestructive, and the destructive methods,
it showed highest MOEd for fully China-fir particleboards(CI-100/0), MOE
and MOR CI-50/50 were also. In the mixing China-fir bark with wood
particles, particleboards which without included bark particles(CB-100/0
)showed highest MOEd、MOE and MOR. However, there was no significant
difference between those of 5﹪ and 10﹪ bark content(CB-95/5 and CB-
90/10).
3. Particleboard which including extraneous metals and gravel sand which
could not be determined obviously.
4. The defects of particleboards made by uneven forming and uneven
moisture content with steam blister could be determined obviously by
nondestructive testing methods.
5. The correlations between nondestructive testing and destructive testing,
SWT showed lower than TTAS and VFT. The values of MOEd were higher
than MOE, and the SWT obtained highest MOEd.
