dc.description.abstractThis study was cooperated with the local company to develop the fluoroquinolone residue test kits. The key point for the developing kit is to use the hybrid doma to produce the monoclonal antibody against the tested chemical. After purified and identified, the antibody was used to make the test strip and kit to screen the fluoroquinolone residue in the meat. Finally, the test strip and kit will be tested in the filed.en_US
