dc.description.abstract根據2004年農委會研究計畫,證明固殺草在台灣土壤環境中會受到土壤微生物加速分解,因此本計畫擬進一步從土壤中找出分解性微生物,包括利用短期及長期誘導法,經分解單株菌種後再作鑑定與保存以及測試其分解能力,同時了解其降解除草劑之作用機制與評估其效果。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractAccording to the experimental results of glufosinate dissipation in soil environment in 2004, the biodegradation of glufosinate is predominant. Therefore, further separation, identification and preservation, including short-term and long-term induction of target microbe population, will be completed. Also, the biodegradation ability of target microbes and the effect of selected microbes on the degradation of glufosinate in field soil need to be confirmed.en_US
