摘要: 
6-1 大小薊及奶薊組織培養大量繁殖的研究(III)
大小薊為本省之稀有珍貴藥材,具降血壓、止血、抗菌作用藥
,藥效有如奶薊,但民間濫採且未加以復育,已日漸稀少。有鑑
於此,擬利用組織培養的方法建立快速繁殖技術,進而作為大量
繁殖之用,使珍貴藥材能綿延生長不致絕跡,供人類利用。
探討大小薊及奶薊之組織培養,瞭解其器官形成、分化及植株
再生的過程,以建立大量繁殖的技術。

6-2黃耆組織培養研究
黃耆為大宗用藥,藥食均用。以2000年為例,佔進口中藥總值
約6%,金額約1.5-2.0億元。資料蒐尋可輕易找出許多台灣醫學界
有關黃耆功效的研究,但是卻只有極少數的黃耆植物組織培養研究
,更沒有實際執行至組織培養種苗生產與栽培。本計畫首先將黃耆
種子無菌播種並進行試管內篩選根系龐大單株,在試管內初步無性
繁殖,著重發根處理、移出存活與栽培評估。藉此,可保住優良單
株,再逐步進行芽體增體方法開發,最終達到量化優良黃耆種苗的
目的。將來可望供應優良黃耆種苗用於生產GAP藥材,對提升農民
收益、藥材純度與育種改良等均有實際助益,更可區隔大陸產品。

6-3七葉一枝花組織培養
本研究以七葉一枝花組織培養技術,採集七葉一枝花植株為材
料,將七葉一枝花為材料(包括葉片、莖、根及花為培植體)以
75%酒精擦拭表面並消毒30秒後以1%次氯酸鈉消毒10分鐘,並
以無菌水沖洗三次備用。
將葉片、莖、根及花等培植體分別接種於含有2,4-D、NAA、
BA、TDZ等生長調節劑的組合,pH值為5.8,探討不同培植體癒合
組織之形成及芽體再生能力。

6-1大小薊及奶薊組織培養大量繁殖的研究(III)
Crisium spp. are important medicine plant in Taiwan. The effect of medicine of them are similar to Milk thistle (Silybum marianum). For the reason, people over-harvest and do not recover them so they disappear gradually. To make them reproductive and avoid them from disappearing, we attempt to establish quick propagation technique by tissue culture. For the establishment of quick propagation technique, the processes of organogenesis, differentiation and plant regeneration of Crisium spp. and Silybum marianum have be study by in vitro culture.

6-2黃耆組織培養研究
Huang-qi, one of milkvetch-like plants, is a popular herbal medicine in a considerable large amount and an healthful additive cooked with foods in Taiwan. It took about 150-200 million N.T. dollars, i.e. about 6% of imported herbal medicine, in 2000. It is easy to find studies of effects of huang-qi on human bodies in medicinal publications in Taiwan. But few researchers studied on plant tissue culture of huang-qi, and no one studied on its mass propagation. We will select rooted vigorously seedlings after sowing sterilely. Cutting in vitro, acclimation and estimation of culture will be conducted stepwise to keep elite plants and the mass propagation method will be developed. We hope to offer cheap and healthy plantlets via tissue culture in the future. It will be beneficial for Good Agriculture Practice of huang-qi culture, promoting farmers incomes, medicinal purity and plant breeding. Moreover, it can be distinguished from that imported from mainland China.

6-3七葉一枝花組織培養
This study is one of the most important techniques of Paris polyphylla Smith var. by tissue culture .Base on the experiment,the optimal condition cultivating,includes period、leaf、stem、root、and flower to sterilize second by 75% alcohol.Concentration of MS salts, 2,4-D、NAA、BA and TDZ,pH5.8,Thus we concluded that tissue culture technique appears for mass propagation.
