摘要: 
一、硝化抑制劑在台灣之應用
硝化抑制劑係針對土壤中硝化作用中NH4+氧化為NO2-的特定延遲劑,可減少氮素損失與污染環境及增進氮肥利用率。本研究係調查不同的土壤因子對數種硝化抑制劑抑制硝化作用功能之影響。基於二種土壤水分、三種氮肥、四種硝化抑制劑及四種土類22種土系之土壤,培育測定NO2-與NO3 -形成量、土壤pH、有機質含量及短期硝化活性等性質,依據這些土壤性質選出最適硝化抑制劑供農民使用。

二、高肥效施肥技術作物硝酸態氮含量之研究
針對葉菜類作物,探討各種高肥效施肥技術下(包括禽畜糞堆肥、化學肥料與微生物性肥料之和諧施肥),作物硝酸態氮含量之變化,作為評估其生產物安全性之參考。並配合其他子計畫,從各種高肥效施肥栽培技術中,探討養分在土壤與植體中的變化,提出符合高效、環保且安全之施肥策略。

1. Application of nitrification inhibitor in soils of Taiwan
Nitrification inhibitors specifically retard the oxidation of NH4+ to NO2- during the nitrification process in soil, N losses and environmental contamination may be reduce and the efficiency of N fertilizer use is increase. This study investigates the influence of different soil parameters on the nitrification-inhibiting effect of various nitrification inhibitors. Base on incubation experiment with two soil moisture content、 three N-fertilizers、 four nitrification inhibitors and four Taiwan soil groups, 22 soil series soils. Measure the nitrite and nitrate formation、 soil pH、 organic matter and short-term nitrifying activity et al. properties. Depend those soil parameters on the effect of nitrification inhibitors to select one best inhibitor for Taiwan's farmer application.

2. Plant nitrate content under high efficiency fertilization technology
The purpose of this study is to investigate the nitrate content of the crops under various high efficiency fertilization technologies including different combinations of animal refuse compost, chemical fertilizer and biological fertilizer. The variations of plant nitrate contents will be used as a criterion for the safety evaluation when the high efficiency, environmental compatible and safe strategy of fertilization is proposed.
