We report the case of a massive epistaxis from left ICA pseudoaneurysm. Our patient was a 38 year-old man with the history of a severe traffic accident 13 years ago. The pseudoaneurysm was treated with the placement of a Wallgraft prosthesis inside the carotid artery. After the endovascular treatment, the left ICA remained patent and no recurrent hemorrhage was noted in the 1 year follow up after the procedure. |
