Many protocols have been proposed in applying cryptography to anonymous voting in computer networks recently, most of them employed the BBS for verifying the voting result. However, it is impractical to employ the BSS since it may encourage bribery and lead to unfair election activity. In this paper, we propose a secure anonymous voting protocol with complete supervision, based on the concept of 'separation of duties', which removes the possibility of bribery. Our protocol ensures the privacy of voters and ensures that their ballots are counted correctly. Moreover, no one can cheat or disrupt the entire election in our protocol.
