ZVT(Zero-Voltage Transition)及ZCT(Zero-Current Transition)柔性交換式電源,已証實為有效消除半導體開關Turn ON及Turn OFF時伴隨產生之突波及切換損失之方法。電力電子元件之責任週期有共振及ON-OFF兩階段,並依輔助電路的被動元件特性分為六個時段。本論文將利用MATLAB軟體進行降壓型轉換器之ZVT(Zero-Voltage Transition)及ZCT(Zero-Current Transition)柔性交換模擬,並且分析驗證其最佳切換時間。

Power converters with Zero-Voltage-Transition (ZVT) or Zero-Current- Transition (ZCT) soft-switching demonstrate two merits, namely, switching loss reduction and surge elimination for the Turn-ON and the Turn-OFF of the semiconductor switcher. Each duty cycle in the pulse-width-modulation (PWM) consists of resonant phase and ON-OFF phase and is divided into six time periods to complete the soft switching operation. In this thesis, the Circuit Configuration of the Zero-Voltage-Transition soft-switching buck power converters will be analyzed and simulated by using MATLAB.
