The study executed the performance test of resistance hygrometer and established their calibration equations. The domestic hygrometers attached with the linear adjustable circuit of output signals were calibrated to improve their accuracy. The relative humidity environment produced by several saturated salt solutions were served as the standard for the performance test. These performance included accuracy, precision, and long-term stability. The results indicated that the adequate calibration equations could improve significantly the accuracy of resistance hygrometers. By the output signals' linear adjustable circuit that adjusting values obtained from calibration equation, the accuracy of domestic hygrometers could be improved from 5%RH to 2%RH. Domestic hygrometers were installed at the greenhouse and livestock house to test the durability. The results revealed these hygrometers had the good long-term ability within one year.

此研究進行電阻式相對濕度計之性能測試,以建立適當的校正方程式。以自製之相對濕度計,配合輸出訊號之線性調整裝置改良性能。性能測試係以飽和鹽溶液產生標準相對濕度環境,用以校正此相對濕度感測器之作業性能。性能包括準確性、精密性與持久性。研究結果顯示建立適切的校正方程式可以顯著改善此型濕度計之準確性能。以此校正方程式,配合輸出訊號的線性調整裝置,利用電位調整技術可使國產濕度計的準確性自±5%改良為±2%。此型電阻式相對濕度計在農業環境下(溫室與畜舍)進行環境對量測性能之影響耐久測試,結果顯示其一年內之持久性能良好。
