本研究以四矽氧乙基(TEOS)和三聚氰胺(melamine,HMM)為基底,兩成份在
相同的反應條件下,同時經由溶膠─凝膠反應製得一系列的TEOS╱HMM有機─無機混成
材料wt﹪(0~90),與熟化後之純HMM相比,混成材料之熱性質都較為優越,顯示無機成
份之堅硬網狀結構進一步抑制了原本分子鏈的移動,此一系列的混成材料成膜性良好,在
SEM l0000倍率觀察下沒有相分離,可預計其無機顆粒在次微米尺寸的區間,符合目前在透
光性佳,低光損失的塗佈材料之應用性。

All sol-gel organic-inorganic materials based on the prepolymer of a melamine, and an
alkoxysilane (tetraethoxysilane;TEOS) have been developed. The alkoxysilane was incorporated into
the melamine matrices with different weight ratios (10 to 90%) . Thermal properties of the
organic-inorganic materials are greatly enhanced as compared to those of the cured melamines. This is
due to the suppression of molecular motions by the formation of inorganic networks. No sign of phase
separation was observed for all compositions when magnification was 10k. Optical Clarity was
obtained for each composition. Silica particle sizes ate well under 1 μm.
