本論文將分析與設計低線性調節率之能隙參考電壓電路，而電路在室溫時當操作電壓從2.5V增加到4.5V時，輸出電壓僅有10μV/V的變化率，在VDD=2.6V時操作溫度從-20°C 到100°C下的變化率為0.21% ，而且功率消耗也只有10μW。
This thesis is focused on design of the required and switch-able voltage regulators and buffers for embedded EEPROM writing, reading and erasing operations. The circuits include band-gap reference voltage circuit, a 1.0V step-down voltage regulator, a 1.5V step-down voltage regulator, a 1.8V step-down voltage regulator and non-overlap switch. These circuit blocks were all designed using 0.35μm CMOS technology.
This thesis analyzes and designs the band-gap reference voltage with low line regulation rate. The variation of output voltage is 10μV/V when the supply voltage changes from 2.5V to 4.5V in room temperature. The variation rate of output voltage is 0.21% when VDD=2.6V and temperature changes from -20 °C to 100 °C. The consumed power is only 10μW.
In this thesis, we also design 1.0V, 1.5V voltage regulators using source followers and design a 1.8V voltage regulator using push-pull source follower. The push-pull source follower includes current sources and startup circuits. The characteristic of which are also analyzed and simulated. Finally, in order to realize non-overlap switch that can be used to switch different voltage regulators, we utilized inverters and NOR gates to design and implement it.
