糙莖鐵炮百合之同功酶遺傳分化

Abstract

本研究係以同功□電泳分析糙莖鐵炮百合之族群遺傳分化情形。依據糙莖鐵炮百合天然之長條型分布，從南到北，沿不同緯度不等距離取樣5個族群。共分析9種酵素13個基因座，得族群間遺傅相似性值範圍高達0.980～1,000，並具有近親交配傾向（Fis=0.113,Fit=0.146），屬低分化之族群（Fst=0.037），有較多的變異存在於族群內（98.2％），此應與其基因流順暢有關（Nm=6.467），另歸群結果顯示族群間的關係與地理位置無關。
