摘要:	By community forestry, natural resources conservation and utilization, community development, and the stewardship of government and community have been addressed. Being such a pluralistic and complex context, the implementation of community forestry seems to be a new era of forest management(Pardo, 1995). The purpose of this study was to construct the participation mechanism of community forestry in Taiwan. By case study, we found that community forestry could be manipulated via community participation.
