摘要: 
本研究乃將臺灣產孟宗竹及麻竹,經簡單裁切、對剖、壓締等機械加工展成平面竹板材,探討以間苯二酚甲醛膠合劑(RF膠)於厚度方向行平行積層膠合製造竹集成樑之可行性。由其結果得知,RF膠對木材具良好之膠合性能,然應用於經對剖、壓締展平後竹材之直接膠合製作竹集成樑時,竹板材在竹節橫隔膜突起部位及竹青表面會影響膠合效果,致竹集成樑之強度性質不佳。而將竹簧側橫隔膜突起及部分竹青側表面去除,則可改善膠合層之密接性,竹青表面以1%NaOH溶液處理則可改善膠合劑對其表面之濕潤性,RF膠中添加樹皮萃取物則可進一步改善所製造竹集
