本研究係探討以雙酚A、環氧氯丙烷及丙烯酸為原料之環氧壓克力樹脂的合成,並將其作為預聚合體而與二丙烯酸1,6-己二醇酯(HDDA)單體依90/10、80/20、70/30及60/40(重量比)混點,加入Benzil dimethyl ketal光引發劑而調配成紫外線硬化(UV)塗料,分析其作為木材塗料之可行性。環氧壓克力樹脂之性質包括顏色、黏度、分子量、羥價、酸價、固形分及FT-IR分析等。UV塗料與塗膜性質則包括黏度、顏色、硬度、拉伸強度、耐衝擊性、附著性、冷熱循環試驗及耐光性等。經FTIR分析結果,環氧
