摘要: 
本研究針對出雲山苗圃培與之9種苗木進行菌根調查,結果顯示,各樹種優勢苗木與劣勢苗木高生長之差異達1.33-4.51倍,地徑生長同樣呈倍數的差距。苗木菌根型態以內生菌根為主,各樹種優勢苗木之菌根感染率平均為31.5%,劣勢苗木菌根感染率平均則為8.8%,菌根依賴度以楊梅351%最高,紅檜則最低僅33%。苗圃中內生菌根樹種平均可與3種以上菌種共生,但外生菌根樹種則共生菌種極少,若欲在此苗圃進行外生菌根苗木的培育,應進行外生菌種的引種。盆栽培養法大量繁殖內生菌種,以蕃薯藤為宿主的產孢量最高,菌根孢子則以Acau
