林務局國家森林志工參與動機及解說訓練成效之研究

Abstract

本研究旨在探討國家森林志工的參與動機及解說訓練成效，並瞭解志工之背景資料與上列項目之關係，研究對象包括林務局所轄之東勢林區管理處、南投林區管理處及嘉義林區管理處等三個林區管理處之國家森林志工，研究構面係採用Kirkpatrick評估模式，分為反應、學習及行為三大構面，而服務動機則分為利人、利己及意識形態三部分，問項採用Likert 5點尺度量表進行量測。調查期間為2010年6月至2010年8月，總共發出問卷200份，其中有效問卷為172份，達86%。經資料分析結果顯示，志工參與解說服務以利己及意識形態為主
