In the experiment, all single-node cuttings from 'Samantha', 'Pitica',
and 'Landora' roses rooted well. The sprouting rate of Samantha's axillary bud
at the 7th node was only 10% and the lowest, followed by the 6th node with 40%
of sprouting rate

皆能順利發根。 而 'Samantha' 腋芽之萌發率,以第 7 節位的萌芽率最低,僅 10 %,其
次為第六節位的插穗,萌芽率為 40 %;其他節位單節插穗萌芽率在 80 %以上。 Pitica'
插穗腋芽之萌發率, 第 1 至第 3 節位者皆可達 100 %,第 4 及第 5 節位之插穗分別為
40 %及 25 %,而第 6 及 7 節位的腋芽則皆不萌發。'Landora' 腋夜之萌芽率由第 1
