dc.description.abstract利用栽培種花生(Arachis hypogaea)臺南選9 號(TNS9)及臺南11號(TN11)之未熟 胚軸及子葉之五種不同部位為培植體,分別為 (1) 切除胚根及胚芽之胚軸 (代號 A); (2) 保留頂端之上半部子葉 (代號 B);(3) 保留基部之下半部子葉 (代號 C);(4) 切除頂端之 上半部子葉 (代號 B-);(5) 切除基部之下半部子葉 (代號 C-);以 MS 為基礎培養基,分 別添加 25mg/l BA(C1), 25mg/l BA+1mg/l NAA(C2) 及 2mgzh_TW
