摘要: 
此研究以相對濕度測定法量測豌豆樣本在三種不同處理下五溫度的等溫水份物
性。以四個包含溫度項之平衡相對濕度模式與GAB模式以評估對溫水份物性之符合能力。
以已知文獻中平衡含水率數據以比較品種對此物性之影響性。結果顯示豌豆之等溫水份特性
受到遲滯效應與乾燥溫度之影響,由文獻數據比較,品種有顯著之影響。此研究所測得之水
份等溫數據以修正Henderson公式為適用公式,但由文獻之數據評結果沒有一個ERM公式
可適用所有豌豆品種之等溫水份物性。GAB模式並不適用於此作物,其參數也難以加入溫
度項次。
