dc.description.abstract米穀粉被用來研究雙軸擠壓機之加工變數對操作因子之影響。本研究選 用之加工變數為:螺絲元件組合,進料速率及螺軸轉速;操作因子為:馬達轉矩 (%),模孔壓力,產品溫度以及比機械能量。 實驗結果顯示加工變數對操作因子有顯著的影饗。螺軸轉速對操作之因子之影響 最大,進料速率次之,螺絲元件組合更次之。zh_TW
