摘要: 
本研究之目的即針對已開發完成之第一代全自動金針菇接菌機,進行進
一步之改良工作。新機型仍採整框十二瓶一次接種之作業方式,並針對作業流
程、機械結構、紅外線感測裝置、定量輸出器、近接開關偵測定位、掀蓋壓蓋器、
及自動控制電路等加以改良,另增設入框瓶整蓋機構及菌種供料機構交換系統,
將原分離式之控制面板改為與機體結合為一之整體式設計。改良後之機槌採用不
鏽鋼材質製造,具有結構簡化、系統操作穩定、不易腐蝕、減少噪音、易清洗、
降低雜菌感染率及供料時間縮短等優點。經試驗結果顯示,整框十二瓶一次接種
