本試驗以臺灣之野生種大豆:臺東野生大豆(G.dolichocorpa)、闊葉大豆(G.
tomentella)及澎湖大豆(G.tabacina)與栽培種大豆高雄選10號(G. max cv.KS10)進行大
豆種間雜交,並於雜交授粉後每天噴施10μl促進花粉管伸長之GA3 100mg/l+
naphthaleneacetic acid(NAA)33mg/l+Kinetin 6.7mg/l溶液,不同濃度之乙烯抑
