The leaf water potential of cabbage and sweet pepper seedlings reached to
the lowestat 2:00 pm. However, daily variation of leaf potential of seedlings grown in
Water Lockamended medium was less significant than control.

甘藍及甜椒幼苗葉片之水分潛勢均以下午2時降至最低,在穴盤介質中
每公升添加2.5公克Water Loci親水性聚合物,其幼苗葉片水分潛勢之日變化幅度
均較對照組緩和,下午3時以後恢復速度亦較快。
甘藍幼苗經斷水處理,對照組之幼苗經斷水48小時之後,其葉片膨壓已降至負
值,為-0.09MPa。添加Water Loci之處理經斷水72小時之後,其葉片膨壓尚維持在
0.2MPa左右。
甜椒幼苗經斷水處理後其反應與甘藍相似。試驗結果以添加Water Loci處理的幼
苗品質較佳;唯甜椒對缺水較敏感,因此
