dc.description.abstract本研究針對現有之循環或乾燥機進行乾燥落花生之性能測試與改良研 製。同時也進行分段乾燥模式之試驗研究。獲致的結果為:初期含水率為50以上 的花生樣本,以溫度50、60℃加溫乾燥8小時,使含水率降低至20左右,經發芽 試驗結果發現其發芽率並未受到明顯的影響;另於一組初期含水率為20左右之花 生樣本,以相同試驗條件將含水率降低到10時,其發芽情形亦未受到明顯的影 響。進一步探討以二段乾燥溫度進行乾燥,獲致的結果顯示:以60℃-8小時為第一 段乾燥條件乾燥後,以50℃-10小時為第二段條件繼續乾燥,使花zh_TW
