摘要: 
Isopentenyladenine(IPA), zeatin(Z)及dihydrozeatin(DHZ)各被溶於Hoagland溶液內,配
合不同低濃度(10 至 10 M)而被試驗對於23℃稻苗(台梗3號)shoot及根的生長影響。結
果顯示只有Z在10 M有助於稻苗shoot生長,而DHZ及IPA卻無效。所有試驗溶液對根
的生長皆無影響。
有趣的是在過去曾發現Z及IPA對25℃稻苗生長無助益,而DHZ卻有(Tung, 1986)。
因此綜合這些結果,可知台梗3號稻苗對於cytoki
