dc.description.abstract隨著週休二日的來臨,休閒生活品質也愈隨國民所得提高,休閒之風漸興成熟,觀光休閒花市頓而成為都市居民休閒之重要選擇之一,而本文就觀光花市的發展,以中部的大里國光花市與大雅國際花市為例,以SWOT分析與標竿分析來評估個別觀光休閒花市的營運績效,試圖評估其競爭態勢,並藉本研究為花市經營者提出建言,也提供另一思考方向,進而改善現存不佳的管理方式,為花市掌握利基,以吸引更多潛在的顧客與人潮;也可作為觀光休閒業界一個評估績效的參考案例。zh_TW
