摘要:	In order to establish the protocol for anther culture of peanut plant, the experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of ABA and starch on induction and differentiation ability of anther-derived callus. Calli inducted from anthers at uninucl 利用栽培種花生(Arachis hypogaea)臺南11號(TN11)、臺農5號(TN5)備又VR34等三個品種單核期花藥，由D2培養基誘導之癒合組織為培植體，探討不同濃度ABA及不同種類澱粉等處理對花生花藥癒合組織分化之影響，以期建立栽培種花生花藥培養之技術，進而作為花生育種之利用。其結果如下：三品種之癒合組織在所有分化培養基培養後均無體胚或芽體之分化。但TN5以H1-A1、H1-A2培養基（MS + 1 mg/1 NNA + 2 mg/ 1 BA和分別添加0.5、1 mg/1 ABA）
