本研究是利用可見光或近紅外線短波段區間光譜(500nm-1010nm),以非破壞性檢測方式量測鳳利果肉之反射光譜。可得到糖度分佈與2次微分光譜之間的相關性,並以2次微分吸收光譜之6個組合波長(946nm, 886nm, 646nm, 824nm, 904nm, 722nm)所建立之校正方程式,對校正組樣本的相關係數rc可達到0.91,SEC值為0.924°Brix,對預測組樣本的相關係數rp為0.80,SEP值為0.825°Brix。鳳梨檢量線配合鳳梨內部有無斷心現象之糖度分佈特性作糖度值預測,在兩檢測點
