dc.description.abstract本研究旨在針對基層農業推廣員個人的資訊(數位)素養及之於釋備位學習所持態度和信念詳加探究,以瞭解數位學習是否為其認定有效且被他們所認同的學習發展策略,進而探討並歸結其個人運用釋位學習的可能 性。研究設計為問卷調查,針對全臺灣鄉鎮地區農會中的基層推廣人員進行系統性隨機抽樣,並以郵寄問卷方式來蒐集所需資料,最後回收有效問卷共223份,有效問卷回收率達61%。研析上係採用描述性統計分析、t檢定、二項式分析、單因子變異數分析等統計分析策略,對應所設定之研究目的進行深入的探究。研究所得歸結;基層農業推廣人員的資訊(zh_TW
