本試驗以臺灣及由不同國家或地區收集的66個胡麻收集系為材料,檢測sesamin、sesamolin、γ-tocopherol及sesaminol triglucoside抗氧化物質含量,探討胡麻種原的抗氧化物質含量在收集系和栽培季節之變異性,以作為未來胡麻栽培或育種之參考。
春秋作胡麻抗氧化物質含量變方分析之結果顯示,所有抗氧化物質含量在收集系及栽培季節均呈現顯著差異,而收集系和栽培季節間交感效應也均達極顯著。春作的sesamin及γ-tocopherol含量高於秋作,seasamolin及sea
